1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tasks Sync ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Application.

2. Use of Service

Tasks Sync provides synchronization services between Google Tasks and Notion. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Backing up your data. While we strive for reliability, we are not liable for any data loss or corruption resulting from the use of our service.
• Ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to sync data between your connected accounts.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tasks Sync, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
