This Privacy Policy describes how Google Calendar Agenda Widget ("we" or "the Application") collects, uses, and protects your information.

2. Data We Access and How We Use It

The Application uses official Google APIs to provide full integration with your Google Calendar and Google Tasks. Below is a detailed breakdown of the permissions we request and how they are used:

Google Calendar API

• View Events: Display your upcoming calendar events in the widget.
• Create Events: Add new events to your calendars directly from the widget.
• Edit Events: Modify existing events, including changing titles, descriptions, dates, times, and other details.
• Delete Events: Remove events from your calendars.
• Move Events: Reschedule events by changing their date or time via drag-and-drop.

Google Tasks API

• View Tasks: Display your to-do items from Google Tasks.
• Create Tasks: Add new tasks to your task lists.
• Edit Tasks: Modify task titles, due dates, and notes.
• Complete Tasks: Mark tasks as completed or uncompleted.
• Delete Tasks: Remove tasks from your lists.

All interactions with your data are performed securely via OAuth 2.0 authentication. You grant permission only once during sign-in, and you can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

3. How We Use Your Data

Local Processing Only: All data is processed locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or sell your personal data to any external servers or third parties. The data remains strictly between you and Google.

4. Data Sharing and Transfer

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share, transfer, or disclose your Google user data to any third parties. All data processing occurs exclusively on your local device.

The only data transmission that occurs is directly between:

• Your device and Google's servers via official Google APIs
• This communication is secured via OAuth 2.0 and HTTPS encryption
• No intermediary servers store or process your data

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local Storage Only: Authentication tokens and cached calendar/task data are stored exclusively on your local device's hard drive. We do not maintain any copies of your data on external servers.

How to Delete Your Data:

• Revoke Access: You can revoke the application's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account Permissions page. This immediately invalidates all access tokens.
• Uninstall Application: Deleting the application will permanently remove all locally stored tokens and cached data from your device.
• No Retention Period: We do not retain your data beyond the active session on your device. Once you revoke access or uninstall the application, all associated data is removed.

6. Data Security

Authentication tokens and cached data are stored securely on your local hard drive using industry-standard security practices. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings.

7. Compliance

Google Calendar Agenda Widget's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
